Reviews

MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL Number 95, April 1991: ALEIN RELAY #2/$1 PPD. 8.5":x11" - printed - 12 pages. Quite a disturbing zine here. Newclippings on various mass murderers and strange deaths. Depressing poetry. Lots of skulls and stuff. Not a very positive publication, but that's why I like it. (Lance Han)

MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL Number 102, Nov 1991: ALEIN RELAY #3/3-29 cent stamps. 8.5":x11" - offset - 24 pages. Not really a music zine, even though there is one band interview (with Destroy) and a smattering of reviews of various kinds of bands. The real focus is on death and the macabre, with morbid artwork, comics, fiction, and a shitload of original poetry, mostly written by the editor. Also includes reviews of zines and horror role playing games. Address, Oconomowoc, WI. (SA)
