Located at: 900 E. Center St. in Milwaukee

It was a bar that used to do all-ages shows, usually on a weekend afternoon or around 5 PM weekdays. I think.

A lot of touring bands played there, and local bands usually opened. These were probably set up by some local scenester, but I forget who.

Once Buried played at Quarters, and Feck loaned us their fog machine, but gave us these instructions: "Make sure you point it towards the back wall so it can hit the wall, and rise over you. If you point it at the crowd it'll go in their faces and they will hate you." Milt missed the instructional talk and when he saw the fog machine facing the "wrong way" decided to "fix it" by pointing it at the crowd.
