Drop Forge Jaw

VERY short-lived heavy, artsy-type band. I kinda remember them being a little Plaid Retina, a smidge of Neurosis, and a touch of Sabbath for good measure. I only saw them once in a basement on Oakland Ave under a Chinese Restaurant. They stole their name from the side of a wrench, and I still think it's a pretty damn cool name. --Kevin (XYZine)
They played in Madison once at the Posi-House as well, though I think I missed them because I was hanging out in the kitchen... The had cool shirts that were black with dark ink so you could barely see the front, and the back said 'DROP FORGE JAW' - I'd guess Zak designed them. --Pete Prodoehl
